1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request to cancel an order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation by FudoNuts

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

Product is out of stock.
Incorrect pricing or product information.
Payment failure or unsuccessful verification.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
Incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
Situations beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

Online prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
The actual credit timeline depends on your bank or payment service provider.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

5. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
